Here's what to do:
1. Make at least one purchase a month through one of our 1,000 plus stores.
2. Save your receipt. (It will only be one or two a month - This is important. Please do it!)
That's it!
Your Global Cash will show up here in your Den within 7 days. (More than 70% are showing up in the first 3 days.) We have contracts with over 1,000 stores. They all have their own tracking, accounting and reporting systems. We can see that your ID has visited the site instantly, but must wait for them to report the purchase.
If your Global Cash doesn’t show up in 7 days, fill out the Missing Global Cash Form. You will find it at the bottom of your Global Cash Page here in your Den. We will get you your cash!

Reasons that you might not receive a Global Cash Commission:
1. If you click from your email or another company's ad and are taken to store: You probably wont get credit from us. You must use our link for your purchase to be tracked.
2. If you go to store through Global Mountain and then click on another store from that site: You might not get credit. (Most likely you won't unless the store is owned by the same company) - Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Piperlime is an example - they have it so you can combine one order together.
3. Gift Certificates: Most companies do not pay a commission on the purchase of Gift Certificates - We post the advertisers that do. (The person redeeming the certificate can earn Global Cash if they go to the store thru Global Mountain though.)
4. Use a different Coupon: In most cases you can only use the coupons found at Global Mountain. Our stores use multiple marketing strategies to get customers and some coupons will cancel out the Global Cash Payment.
5. Your Computer ‘Cookies’ not set correctly: In short you need to accept cookies - (This only affects less than 5% of the Internet population.)
